This year The Jackson Wheels of Thunder is honoring Soldiers from all branches of the Armed Forces and Veterans of all ages. Persons with proof of military service, I.D.Card, membership card from a Veteran’s organization, DD214, etc., will receive a discount at the gate. Those who ride a motorcycle, can take part in one of the “Rides” to the fairgrounds, at which the cost includes the Rolling Thunder Ride, as well as admission to the event.

The event includes military displays of vehicles and equipment, the presentation and retiring of the Colors, Battle of the Bands, Bike Show, Swap Meet, camping, food vendors, and other vendors of all kinds.

We would really like as many of you, as possible, to attend this event, so you can be respected and honored for your military service. If you can attend, please wear some sort of military clothing, uniform, hat, etc., that will distinguish you as a soldier or a veteran.
